Buttermilk-Bacon Fat Tortillas

We can’t jump into this Cinco de Mayo menu fiesta without tortillas! You won’t find these Buttermilk-Bacon Fat Tortillas at your local grocery store, but they’re a cinch to make, even easier than piecrust. If flour tortillas aren’t your thing, we have Corn Tortillas on deck! 

Smoky Grilled Guacamole

If you have the grill or grill pan fired up, set a couple avocados aside for this snacking stunner. We cranked up the flavor of classic guacamole by lightly charring the avocados and veggies on a cast-iron grill pan. The result is our Smoky Grilled Guacamole dip that just might become your go-to guac from now on.

Grilled Street Corn

If you’ve never had this traditional south-of-the-border snack, you’re in for a treat. Spiced mayo coats the nooks and crannies of our Grilled Street Corn, blistered to perfection and topped with crumbled queso fresco, fresh herbs, and zesty lime. Will someone pass the Tajín, please?
