Parmesan-Garlic Chicken Wings
Makes about 4 servings
Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
- ½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°. Cut off and discard wing tips; cut wings in half at joint.
- In a 12-inch cast-iron skillet, stir together chicken, garlic, oil, salt, and peppers until combined. Spread into a single layer.
- Bake, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, 60 to 65 minutes. Stir in cheese, parsley, and lemon juice. Serve immediately.
