Can I use a big cast iron skillet instead of individual ones?
Yes, you can bake the batter in a 10- or 12-inch skillet, but I can’t give you a precise bake time for this variation because we developed these to be individual servings. If you use one larger skillet, be sure to check the brownie periodically for doneness.
