Vanilla Bean Icing
 
 
Makes about 3⅓ cups
Ingredients
  • 7⅓ cups confectioners’ sugar, sifted
  • ½ cup plus 1 tablespoon whole milk
  • 6 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ vanilla bean, split lengthwise, seeds scraped and reserved
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients until smooth and well combined. Use immediately.
