Fall Spice Pancake Mix
- 4½ cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons plus
- 1½ teaspoons baking powder
- 3 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1½ teaspoons kosher salt
- In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients until well combined. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Stir well before using.
