Fall Spice Pancake Mix
 
 
Makes about 5¼ cups
Ingredients
  • 4½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons plus
  • 1½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1½ teaspoons kosher salt
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients until well combined. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Stir well before using.
