1⅔ cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese with peppers
Garnish: fresh thyme
Instructions
Preheat oven to 475°.
In a cast-iron skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, potato, and sausage; cook until shrimp are pink and firm and sausage is lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Stir in corn, artichokes, and Old Bay. Set aside.
Lightly dust an 8-, 10-, 12-, or 14-inch cast-iron skillet or baking pan with flour. Using floured hands, gently stretch Basic Pizza Dough to cover bottom and press ½ inch up sides of prepared skillet or to edges of prepared pan. Cover and let stand for 10 minutes. Uncover crust.
Bake for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with half of cheese and shrimp mixture, leaving a ½-inch border.
Bake until crust is lightly browned, about 12 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes more. Garnish with thyme, if desired.
