Jerk Spice
- 1½ tablespoons firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1½ tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1½ teaspoons ground ginger
- 1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1½ teaspoons ground allspice
- 1½ teaspoons ground red pepper
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 weeks.
