Jerk Spice
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1½ tablespoons firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1½ tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1½ teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1½ teaspoons ground allspice
  • 1½ teaspoons ground red pepper
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 weeks.
