Buttermilk Whipped Cream
- 1½ cups heavy whipping cream
- ¾ cup whole buttermilk
- ½ cup confectioners’ sugar
- In a large bowl, beat cream, buttermilk, and confectioners’ sugar with a mixer at high speed until soft peaks form, about 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
