Parmesan-Garlic Chicken Wings
 
 
Makes about 4 servings
Ingredients
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • ½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°. Cut off and discard wing tips; cut wings in half at joint.
  2. In a 12-inch cast-iron skillet, stir together chicken, garlic, oil, salt, and peppers until combined. Spread into a single layer.
  3. Bake, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, 60 to 65 minutes. Stir in cheese, parsley, and lemon juice. Serve immediately.
