Dutch Oven Popcorn
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- ½ cup popcorn kernels
- In a large cast-iron Dutch oven, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add kernels; cover and shake until kernels begin to pop. Shake until popping slows to one pop every 5 seconds, 4 to 5 minutes.
